Political Leadership:  Charlie Kirk

By | July 27, 2021

[July 27, 2021]  Charlie Kirk is a conservative political commentator, author, and radio talk show host.  He founded Turning Point USA1 and is its executive director.  Charlie Kirk is an example of young people today pushing back on political extremism based on neo-Marist ideology and the political system that promotes anti-Americanism.  In doing so, he shows us passionate leadership at its best.

Many I speak to in my daily affairs with people in my community have not heard of him.  I ask them to go onto the Internet, search under his name, and read or listen to what he has to say.  His messages are very easy to understand and hard to disagree with.  Charlie Kirk, like others I highlight on my leadership blog are political conservatives.  Their message always contains a measure of common sense with a critical eye toward uncovering facts about Marxism’s dishonest and tragic history.

“Socialism cannot survive when people are free to think for themselves, and America will never be a socialist country.” – Charlie Kirk

This quote encapsulates the primary theme of this young man.  He tells his story and is not embarrassed to say something unpopular or goes against the mainstream of political thought.  One thing I most like about him is his courage to stand up and be heard despite threats against his life by leftist activists from BLM, Antifa, and other liberal-lite organizations.

As would be expected, he is very controversial.  Some say he promotes “conspiracy theories,” a common attack tactic from leftists who hate his message.  Charlie also asserts that the concept of white privilege is a myth and a racist lie.  For that alone, his attackers are vicious in their attacks on him.  But, he stands up and takes all incoming verbal artillery with grace.

Charlie Kirk has labeled himself as a pro-Trumper, supporting the ideas and actions that President Trump advocated while in office and sense. Kirk’s book, The MAGA Doctrine: The Only Ideas That Will Win the Future (2020), is a popular book with high ratings by those who have read it.2  At its core, the book shines a light on what happens when two political parties stop listening to the people and the people win anyway.

Kirk is highly optimistic about America and promotes American exceptionalism.  Those who are leftists will find him offensive, and some will be “triggered.” So be it.  He is unabashed when he talks and writes.  He does not hold back on the evils of Socialism or any of its variants based on Marxism.  What Charlie Kirk is not is intolerant or hateful; he promotes acceptance and peace.

For me, I’ll be listening to him more.

I give my recommendation to Gen. Satterfield’s article as well. Charlie Kirk, Dan Bongino, and others like them are the new generation who are going to help save us. We just have to have the courage and wtiheral to support them and follow their suggestions. Just don’t go liberal stupid.

When the times get tough, the tough get going. That is what I think of Charlie Kirk. He is no conspiracy theorist. He’s a real man’s man. Too bad so many liberal wimps are out there threatening Kirk from the comfort of their basement dwelling.

You tell them, Maureen. Men are men, except in the neo-Marxist world of college snowflakes and corrupt politicians. There men are women, or whatever you want to be non-gender, non-human. Maybe today some pro-Biden supporter will identify himself (oops, herself?) as a rock and not do anything. A big win for the world.

I went back to read what you write about Dan Bongino. ” Dan is a conservative political commentator and radio show host, Christian, devoted family man. In the past, he was also as a NYC police officer and Secret Service agent. He’s passionate, brutally honest, and highly intelligent.” https://www.theleadermaker.com/political-leadership-dan-bongino/ I’ve been listening to him now since your article and wow, he is great. I highly recommend Dan Bongino.

Right Tom, if you don’t listen to Dan, you are missing out on what’s really happening in our country today. The same stuff that the news media is coving up. I have no idea how fascist YouTube has allowed him to stay on. Go to RUMBLE.com and you will find all these guys there (and gals too).

I draw attention to Gen. Satterfield’s Daily Favorites today (July 27) for two articles on “the decline of the Boy Scouts.” This goes along with what Charlie Kirk is telling us about a “tolerant” (mislabeled) Society being promoted by neo-Marxists. Sad situation we are in today but fighting back with logic and real tolerance is the key to winning the culture war.

Pow, you hit ’em where it hurts Max. Nothing like a bit of logic to stir up a political leftist and have them barf up their food (probably purchased at Starbucks). 😊😊😊😊😊

Yeah, I’m thinking the same thing, Mikka, you beat me to it. Too many wimps in our country right now; those who fear everything. Nothing like melting down a college snowflake; great entertainment value.

Right but arguing with a leftist is no real sport. It’s like wrestling with a pig. You get dirty and the pig loves it.

Any day, you can beat a wimp with simple logic and a few facts. So, I’m on board with you guys. Keep these comments coming our way. It’s a great way to learn a lot in a little space. I read the comment forums every day. It helps.

Well put, Max and once again, thanks for your analysis. It is good to know that others are also reading the Daily Favorites. I always go there first to see what Gen. Satterfield is thinking what is good to read.

Same here. Thanks Plato. This entire website, to include the forums (I love the forums discussions) are great. Other leadership websites are just out to sell you a book or for-pay services. Not Gen. Satterfield who is an honest to god leader who cares.
