We Hire and Admit Morons

By | November 10, 2025

[November 10, 2025] In a brutally honest email sent to the “Penn community” declared that the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education is a “dogshit and elitist institution” and that they “hire and admit morons.”  As to be expected in damage control, Penn administrators immediately labeled the email as fraudulent.

I got a laugh out of it. Surely, some dissatisfied grad student—completely conjecture on my part—sent the message to goad Penn into adopting moreWe admit and hire morons radical political policies, which is quite ironic of them. The email goes on to say, “We have terrible security practices and are completely unmeritocratic. We hire and admit morons because we love legacies, donors, and unqualified affirmative action admits.”

Here’s something to consider. First, Americans appreciate brutal honesty, and our universities have been taken over by a pseudo-Marxist ideology—an anti-meritocratic, escapist fantasy mix of poor thinking. Saying so openly is a welcomed act of honesty.

Second, our advanced educational institutions have been failing to produce quality graduates for a long time and continue to violate U.S. federal law regarding admissions. Normally, this would lead to the suspension of federal aid, and the email appears to acknowledge that: “Please stop giving us money.”

Third, our education system desperately needs reform from top to bottom, and in that order. The corruption is widespread, the promotion of radical Leftist ideology—including violence—is encouraged, and the decline in academic standards is a built-in feature.

Well, the email I posted here is exactly what Penn needs. I would add that most of our higher education institutions need something similar. By the way, I would never hire a college graduate today unless they can prove they are just average folks.

I think I’ll keep this email for future reference.

Well, no one should be surprised, and coming from their Graduate School of Education — where education really means indoctrination and expertise in propaganda. The woke ideology coming from this “school” is not just overwhelming but the kind that’s in your face. Maybe, just maybe, the “school” should experience an epic crash and be abolished. America would be better off.

OUCH, please stop giving us money. This is precisely what the “administrators” of PennGSE don’t want to see. OUCH. Pssssttttt, hot hot hot. Stop the presses. We don’t want our secret to get out! Or, exactly the truth PennGSE hates. I could always send a few of the “boys” over to help.

Plato‘s writings on education reveal his deep understanding of its significance in personal development and societal harmony, advocating for an approach that balances intellectual growth with moral integrity. These principles continue to resonate in contemporary educational philosophies. Well, except for Graduate Educational programs.

What is embarrassing about the whole situation is that this University has been unwilling to allow true, smart, professional review their teaching and curriculum of their grad program. This has allowed Political Correctness or WOKE ideology to gain a foothold. And that always leads to a death spiral in any professional organization. And, yes they are “dogshit.”

Susie, wow, and yes thank you for an honest assessment of college graduate programs. This slow decline has been ongoing now for at least 3 or 4 decades. There is a selection process to weed out those less dedicated. But being smart and willingness to work hard is irrelevent. If you are one of the chosen – women, blacks, queer, etc – then you will graduate with at least a Masters Degree. A masters today in education is hardly worth a HS grad certificate. 🤡 Yep, its a clown world.

How one teaches a first grader does not scale up to how one teaches a graduate student. I guess UPenn’s Graduate School of Education is in the Finding Out stage of FAFO.

Hey, old warrior, great to see you back with your classic “butt kicking” comment. Well, that is spot on here. I think most of us today know that the soft “sciences,” a contradiction in terms, produces uneducated and indoctrinated young people. Sad but so true. I looked up photos of UPenn GSE and mostly saw racial minorities and women in the graduating classes. That alone will stand out as a red flag anywhere for anyone with brains. Call me a “racist” all you want, but pattern recognition is inherent in humans. I see low IQ people getting advanced degrees. Sickening. I teach High School, and thank God, I will retire soon. You many of the young teachers coming in are some of the most pathetic I’ve ever seen.

Well said, TJ. It’s always great to read your comments on the primary education system. There is no doubt that our schools are both corrupted and destructive. Teachers Unions are to blame and progressive School Boards.
