[June 23, 2022] Occasionally, a good video comes along that hits home. This one, “When Does Human Life Begin?” is a biological look at the idea of life (click here). We contentiously debate that issue in America because pro-abortion forces must deny life to take a life without imposing guilt upon themselves. Pro-abortion arguments parallel closely the historical denigration of blacks under slavery and Jews under Nazism. We can rid ourselves of those “undesirables” if we just define them as not being human.
Kill a mass of cells. No problem if it’s just a clump of tissue or not a viable human life. That argument is a slippery slope to genocide. To illustrate, over 20 million black babies have been killed since the U.S. Supreme Court passed Roe v. Wade (1973). No one cares because they weren’t really babies, or so the Progressive argument contends. But we care!

Mr. Kennedy, you nailed it with this video. Will it convince others to change their views? No. Why? Because abortion has become a religion to the secular leftists.
Pow, powerful video that hits to the biological center of the liberal argument for killing babies. But, I believe that there is a moral element too. And that should be explored as well.

I’m beginning to see why this blog is so popular. It’s hard hitting and Gen. Satterfield doesn’t pull any punches. He tells it like it is and gets some great guest writers too. Ones like Mr. Kennedy is a great example. Keep up the great work you are doing and, yes, I bought ‘Our Longest year in Iraq’ and am still reading it. Great book.

Gen. Satterfield, thank you for having Mr. Kennedy back on your blog. I’ve gone back to read his earlier posts and while they differ, there is the string of thought that he really cares about both freedom and protecting life. Heavily burdened government is an anathema to a well functioning society and runs counter to what we need for our families.

I guess it’s time for those with good moral character to start standing up and telling the world that abortion is wrong in many ways, morally, practically, and flat out kills people. Pro-abortionists must say that the baby is not a living organism, else they would not hold the kind of position they hold that aborting a baby is – to them – a “good” thing.
