Back in the Saddle

By | April 3, 2023

[April 3, 2023]   Wow, my most recent stay in the hospital was an experience I would not forget for a long time, and fortunately, I gained a new appreciation for those working in the medical field.  Thanks to a highly experienced and superbly trained team of medical doctors, my operation went smoothly.  Of course, I was out for the event [under anesthesia] and spent five days recuperating in the surgery ward, where a crew of nurses helped steer me through the early stages of recovery.

I plan to write articles daily, although that may not be possible.  I have at least eight weeks of slow recovery before I am 100 percent.  So please be patient.  Topics are coming at me fast.  I hope to put them in articles, but my brain is not operating fully.

So, please indulge me in a few scatterbrained ideas in the short term.  And, yes, I’m back in the saddle.

Hello. I provide one article every day. My writings are influenced by great thinkers such as Friedrich Nietzsche, Karl Jung, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, Jean Piaget, Erich Neumann, and Jordan Peterson, whose insight and brilliance have gotten millions worldwide to think about improving ourselves. Thank you for reading my blog.

Yes, and while I am happy that Gen. Satterfield is back from his surgery and hospitalization, at least we can have comfort in knowing that we are all winners in his return.

Welcome back to the fold, where your fan club is always present and willing to be part of whatever you think you can be. We are there for you. And, oh, I did get a copy of your first book “Our Longest Year in Iraq” and am reading it now for the third time. Each reading, I get more from it. Every page is a story to enjoy and learn from. Keep these books coming our way.

One thing that I must admit here, is that I really did miss the daily articles from Gen. Satterfield and I look forward to another 10 years of daily articles that push my brain into thinking new and better ways. What else is there for someone to expand upon their world view but to visit this website and learn more each and every day. welcome back Gen. Satterfield.
