[January 1, 2016] Happy New Year 2016. Thank you for reading my leadership blog this past year and for making it one of the more popular blogs on the topic of senior leadership.
I will be making a number of changes based on input from readers like you. Here are some of the things that I’m working on for this new year:

- A series on how education is changing and how it affects leadership roles.
- Expanding the number of books on my Reading List.
- New leader publications (can be downloaded in PDF format and at no cost).
- Increasing the number of blog entries.
- More pictures.
- Greater website optimization (yes, some techie stuff to make the pages load faster).
