Happy New Year 2016

By | January 1, 2016

[January 1, 2016] Happy New Year 2016. Thank you for reading my leadership blog this past year and for making it one of the more popular blogs on the topic of senior leadership.

I will be making a number of changes based on input from readers like you. Here are some of the things that I’m working on for this new year:

  1. A series on political leadership.
  2. A series on how education is changing and how it affects leadership roles.
  3. Expanding the number of books on my Reading List.
  4. New leader publications (can be downloaded in PDF format and at no cost).
  5. Increasing the number of blog entries.
  6. More pictures.
  7. Greater website optimization (yes, some techie stuff to make the pages load faster).

Special Note: This site has no advertisements and I never ask for donations. In return I ask that you help get the word out about theLeaderMaker.com.

Good luck achieving your Senior Executive Leader status.

[Note] Please continue to contact me on your recommendations, corrections, and general input. Also, guest articles are welcome. There will never be a shortage of topics. Advice from my paternal grandmother was “get your act together” … to the grandkids she was called bigmama. I’m doing my best bigmama!
