Of course, employees must see you as an unconditional leader, but good leader always tries to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in his office. Show your workers that they can trust you, and working together will become more pleasant and comfortable.

Help your employees to be more involved in work. To do so, you should let them know that their creativity and ideas are important to you, as well as constructive critics. Reward their participation and you’ll see how every person will try to work on their full potential.

A good leader exudes confidence and positive attitude. If you show positive thinking and confidence, it will give more confidence in success and desire to work harder to your team.

Try to gather your team outside of the office. It can be anything: outdoor activities, exciting events, some celebration, etc. Teambuilding will strengthen relationships inside of your team and help you to learn to collaborate more effectively.

A good leader knows that there’s always something new that you can learn because there are no boundaries for perfection. Learn on your failures, improve your skills and expand your borders.
