Core Values: Enterprise Rental-A-Car

[May 30, 2014] As regular readers know, I travel across the United States and overseas. Spending time in airports is second nature to me and many other military travelers. Airline service is important. Another important supply of services is rental car companies. I have rented from all the major companies in America – too many to count.

Enterprise Rental-A-Car is one of the very best in customer service and satisfaction. Of all the major rental car organizations, Enterprise is the very best in my experience. They are not the largest; Hertz has them beat on total car rental volume. Yet, when it comes to top quality customer care, Enterprise stands out among the others.

Enterprise is expanding more into airports. This expansion, among other areas, is what makes them a growing and successful business. They emphasize professionalism in all they do. As the saying goes, according to Enterprise, “it’s about you and the customer.”1

They have won a number of awards, some for supporting our troops by hiring a large number of military veterans.3 Great company to work for also. Thanks for supporting our veterans.
