In the past, I’ve highlighted businesses that have core values that drive their success. JB Bakery is a landmark in Burlington County, New Jersey, that has mastered the art of fresh sweet products since 1952. I wasn’t born there but I could have been!
What began as a mom and pop bagel and bread shop has evolved into a dessert paradise under Stephen Simon, who acquired it 13 years ago. Today, JB stands for “Always Just Baked,” operating 24 hours a day with professional chefs using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients.
