The U.S. Military and Foolhardy Ideas

[May 8, 2023]  On Earth Day 2022, U.S. President Joe Biden claimed he wants “all Pentagon vehicles to be electric by 2030.”  Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm reiterated this objective a few days ago.  Those who are sane know that the U.S. military can’t convert to all-electric vehicles in seven years.  It’s a breathtakingly foolhardy idea.

“We’re going to start the process where every vehicle in the United States military, every vehicle, is going to be climate-friendly — every vehicle.  I mean it.” – President Joe Biden, Seattle, April 22, 2022

Where are the Department of Defense senior leaders on this issue?  Where are the Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, Jr. and Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Miley?  We hear nothing from the highest-ranking men at a time when sanity needs to show itself.  Their silence tells me these men are cowards.  But, of course, we already knew that.

“EVs have no place on the battlefield unless it’s aiding the enemy.  They would slow us down, crimp our tactical options, and make our forces easy targets against the weakest of adversaries.” – John Ullyot, U.S. Marine Corps veterans and former spokesman for the National Security Council

This is just another example of allowing the asylum lunatics to run amok.  When dumb ideas are proposed, sane people should step up and say so.  Cowardice is infectious, and we see it in the senior ranks of the U.S. military.  Let us all pray that the U.S. is not involved in any military event.

Can you imagine! Electric tanks! Well, I guess they can stop at a EV charging station in the desert, take 2 hours to charge up, and then go on fighting. Guess who just might waiting at that EV station! Maybe the enemy can figure it out. Or else, we take along train loads of batteries.

Idiots get their jobs in Biden’s admin because they are idiots. Smart people with ethics need not apply.

It is hard to believe that Joe Biden is still president. Put aside the fact the election results were ‘questionable.’ I say questionable because I don’t want the FBI/DOJ/CIA/NDA raiding my home with little kids around me. Any way, Joe Biden is almost totally incapacitated from dementia. If you can’t see it, then you are willfully blind to reality and i don’t want to be around someone like you. Too many folks love him, because he gives handouts to his people. But don’t be taken in by this EVIL man (just noting this for a friend). Gen. S. another great article.

Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said Wednesday that she supports efforts from the Biden administration to require the U.S. military to implement an all-electric vehicle fleet by 2030, telling lawmakers that she believes “we can get there.” Granholm’s remarks came during a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing following questions from Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, who asked the Biden administration official whether she supports the military’s adoption of an “EV fleet by 2030.” “I do, and I think we can get there, as well,” Granholm said. “I do think that reducing our reliance on the volatility of globally traded fossil fuels where we know that global events like the war in Ukraine can jack up prices for people back home… does not contribute to energy security.”

To combat climate change, boost U.S. industry and achieve operational advantages, the Defense Department has ambitious plans to transform its fleet of ground vehicles through the introduction of electric and hybrid-electric drive technologies.
…. and this from a National Defense magazine. Stupidity is everywhere.

Another excellent article. At least Gen. Satterfield is sane and we all know it. Why? Because it is obvious to those who are sane. I’m glad he got out of the US Army when he did becuase he would have spoken up and probably got kicked out for NOT being a coward.

Stupidity breeds stupidity. That is why the entire Biden Family is corrupt, from Hunter “drug addict” to Joe “brain dead” Biden. Including DoKtor Jill. Corruption is built into their entire prominence and don’t expect them to admit it.
