[July 11, 2025] Many commentators believe that women are not capable of doing specific jobs that men have traditionally held. Whether it be an Infantryman, an Electrical Lineman, or a Cop, most women do not have the physical strength to do these jobs effectively. However, there are always exceptions to the rule. Trooper Ana Escamilla of the Arkansas State Police is one that criminals regret because she’s a highway patrolman.
Recently, at a meet-and-greet with my local police department, I was introduced to a very young female police officer. She was about 5 feet or shorter and maybe 100 pounds. She said that her job was mainly on patrol, usually alone in the police car. Allowing a petite woman to enforce the law when those lawbreakers can use force to escape and harm her or others makes little sense to me. In this situation, she will have a high risk of failing to do her job. Anyone with a bit of common sense knows this is a poor decision on the part of the police department.
Yes, there are also plenty of men who could not do the job of a police officer, and I’m okay with that, too. When I was selected to be a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army back in 1974, there were certain weight, height, and intelligence requirements. That’s it. So, there were many female MPs as long as they met the Army’s standards. Today, that standard is gone.
I’m unaware of any physical size standards for the Arkansas State Police, but they do have a physical fitness test that Troopers must pass. Clearly, Trooper Escamilla meets all necessary requirements. My hat is off to this trooper. And, for those who think women should be barred outright, I ask them to watch the following YouTube video:
WHEN TROOPER ESCAMILLA GOES TOO WILD – BRUTAL FEMALE COP
What I like about this Trooper is that she is aggressive but professional. This is the kind of behavior the public wants to see from police officers. They want competent, professional Law Enforcement Officers who can do the job. They don’t want someone just because they check all the right DEI boxes.

Please read my books:

Are you sure she is 5′ and 100 pounds? In the videos she surely appears over 6′, towers over the men. She is adorable and does an amazing job! I’m glad she doesn’t have a squeaky voice. So many female officers should lower their voices.
Kathie, the 5’ young officer is on my town’s police department. That’s not Escamilla who does seem like 6’ or taller. And strong. I was making a contrast. 🫡
Big fan here of the Arkansas State Police.
Thanks Gen. S. for highlighting a true professional. I’ve seen her on YouTube. I never miss videos with her in it.
When good people who are great at their jobs/careers, they should be applauded for it. And if they continue to be great, then they deserve a promotion and a raise. That is the way of ensuring continued professionalism, that which encourages/motivates folks to exceed “average.” Everyone should be on the side of improving their performance. Now, I know there are many who work in government and are guaranteed a job, those who are LAZY and we’ve seen them working at various government offices like the DMV (classic stereotypical stupidity), etc. Let’s wish Ana Escamilla (pronounce the “ll” as a “Y”) the very best.
Right, and I hope her fan club continiues to grow as we all appreciate her doing a great job.
I am one of her newest fans. Trooper Escamilla, the great Arkansas State Trooper. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Thank you, Gen. Satterfield for reinforcing the idea that professionalism is still a respectable way to live one’s life.
I agree. “What I like about this Trooper is that she is aggressive but professional. This is the kind of behavior the public wants to see from police officers. They want competent, professional Law Enforcement Officers who can do the job. They don’t want someone just because they check all the right DEI boxes.” — Gen. Doug Satterfield 👀👀👀👀👀👀
I’m new to her fan club.

…. in case you didn’t hear me, Trooper Ana Escamilla is the best ….
Trooper Ana Escamilla has her own fan base. Why is that? Because she is not in any way a DEI, wokie hire and we love anyone who can do their job professionally.
EXACTLY. WE LOVE ❤️ THOSE WHO SHOW EXCELLENCE IN THEIR JOBS
True. But, I say that loving our LEOs, regardless where they are is something Woke Democrats are against. Democrats hate Police. Why? Well, that’s hard to explain to those who are sane. Democrats hate America. They are part of a political party that pushes hate and lies. They are also going full on Communists and that system is proven to fail time and again. And generates misery on a monumental scale. Never ever vote for a Democrat.
Got that right.
