U.S. Retreating from Afghanistan

By | August 15, 2021

[August 15, 2021]  You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig.  For those who remember the final days of the Vietnam War, you will find that once again, American is abandoning its allies and retreating (surrender is a better term) from a fight.  We’re getting out of Afghanistan so fast that we are seeing another Operation Frequent Wind event.

We’re bugging out!  According to USA Today:

The U.S. Embassy in Kabul has directed its staff to destroy sensitive documents as well as other material that could be used as propaganda, according to CNN and other media outlets.

The missive comes amid a Taliban onslaught that threatened to topple the government. It also comes one day after the Pentagon announced it is sending 3,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan to evacuate some U.S. embassy personnel from Kabul, leaving only “a core diplomatic presence” in the country.

I certainly don’t blame President Biden for the 20-year war that never really destroyed the Taliban and other such organizations roaming around the mountains of Afghanistan.  I was never in that war, but I clearly remember why we went there in the first place.  But I will say that there has been a monumental failure of our military and political class to crush the Taliban.  That would have come at a hefty cost, right!

The Pentagon under Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III and Army General Mark A. Milley has stubbed their toe big time on this one.  They are more interested in getting “diversity and inclusion” right than fighting a war.  This is what happens when you put wimps in charge of national security.  And Biden is okay with it.

It would be better if the Biden Administration didn’t sound so ignorant about the war.  Asking the Taliban to engage in diplomacy is pathetic.  The Taliban has a clear intent … take over Afghanistan.  Diplomacy?  That’s for the weak and stupid.  The Taliban have the upper hand and are about to crush the remaining American-supported regime in Kabul.  Without U.S. support, twenty years of fighting will have been for nothing.

“The likelihood there’s going to be the Taliban overrunning everything and owning the whole country is highly unlikely.” – U.S. President Joe Biden on July 8

How could Joe Biden be so stupid?

Both Obama and Trump wanted the U.S. out of Afghanistan.  Both presidents had enough common sense to maintain our presence to ensure precisely what is happening did not occur.  They understood that our retreat (uh, surrender) would mean a Taliban takeover and a bloodbath for those who supported us.

Great nations don’t betray entire populations or the sacrifices of their own troops.  They don’t cede total victory to those who attack our homeland.  They don’t allow the humiliation by running out on a country of a primitive enemy.

Joe Biden has humiliated the United States.

“Retreat hell, we’re just attacking in a different direction.” American USMC General O.P. Smith
(P)resident Joe Biteme would never say that. He knows the white flag, it sits on his desk daily and explains his world philosophy. Assuming somebody changed his diapers that morning.

Gen. Satterfield, you got some balls writing about the RETREAT from Afghanistan. No, it wasn’t a tactical withdrawal that I’m sure some of the army Generals (GINO, Generals in Name Only) have claimed. I’m sure your website will be downgraded in Google and on other Marxist social platforms. Hooray for Gen. Satterfield.

From the Wall Street Journal a bit ago: “Secretary of State Antony Blinken rejected parallels being made with the rushed U.S. exit from the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam in 1975, when staff was evacuated by helicopter from the building’s roof. He said the aim in Afghanistan was to target al Qaeda, which had been achieved. This is not Saigon,” said Mr. Blinken, speaking to CNN on Sunday. “We went to Afghanistan 20 years ago with one mission, and that mission was to deal with the folks who attacked us on 9/11. And we succeeded in that mission.”

Utter and blind stupidly has no bounds in this administration. That is what happens when they are only interested in suppressing free speech, inclusion and diversity, and allowing illegal immigrants into the country. We’re going to hell in a handbasket.

I’ve seen too many idiots that “See” what is happening but don’t “See” it and can’t talk about it. This moron Blinken is one of them.

Gen. Satterfield just crushed our elites and they will not even notice because they are as clueless as the worm that burrows under ground. Unbelievable what is happening. Biden/Miley/Lloyd and their entire weak enterprise should be shamed for what they are doing.

We are the loser. The Afghans who were willing to step up and help their country will now be on the chopping block of political correctness.

Our generals (when not playing on Twitter or studying CRT) now present ludicrous theories to us that a few teams of SEALs grabbing a guy and some drones flying around are the same as a division of troops deployed in a town. They have failed us.

I’ve never seen such a clueless class of bent-wrist “warriors” in my entire life. They couldn’t fight their way out of a paper bag. And, they call themselves warriors. What a bunch of crock. They need their butts kicked and hard.

Kick them in the nards, old warrior. I agree with you 100%. Our clueless political class and military senior leadership is absolutely staggering. Esp. the Lloyd and Mileys who are helping destroy the effective fighting forces. They will go down as more than just wimps but as traitors to the nation.

If only we could get the message out that the American people don’t want this. We are not a bunch of morons who just want to go to the mall and spend money, watch movies, and eat at MacDonald’s. We want to be a strong nation that others are willing to follow because we don’t put up with such evil like the Taliban.

Of all the things that can happen. Gen. Satterfield, you are right over the target on this one. Keep bombing the inclusion/diversity neo-Marxist mob. I love it. Drop one after another on the dunderheads of our political class and talking heads in our “news” agencies. They are like children at a swimming pool, all wet, squealing, and oblivious to reality.

Worse than that, they ever try to tell is “everything will be all right.” Learn from history? What’s that? Even my High School students know better.

I’ve been on this earth now for a long time and there was no president as stupid and dull as Joe Biden and there is a claim that he got the most votes ever for a president. Either somebody is lying and there was fraud or the people of the US are the dumbest people ever to walk the face of the earth with me.
