The state of Louisiana challenged FDA rules that undermine its ban. Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. dissented sharply: the stay props up a scheme to evade Dobbs using out-of-state shield laws. Drug makers profit from “felonious” use in banning states. No real harm to manufacturers justifies it.
Telehealth dodges state protections post-Dobbs. This federal wink lets death ship around laws meant to shield the preborn. Logic shows “reproductive freedom” now equals remote homicide by pill. Pure convenience for ending life.
Alito called the order remarkable and would have denied the stay. This shadow-docket punt delays justice past 2027. Abolitionists reject half-measures: every pill stops a beating heart. The Court protects killing, not rights.
Comstock Act violations slide by while tiny humans die in secret. Alito spotted the criminal enterprise behind it. No “safe” murder exists—chemical or surgical. Immediate abolition is the only logical demand.

The change is coming, slowly but coming where abortion is no longer seen as ‘health care’ (which it is not, obviously). But we have a long long way to go. I would ask that ordinary, common sense folks just keep pushing back on the liberal ideology that says it’s okay to abort (murder) children in the womb. Nearly all of them are liberal, ugly women, but let’s not kid ourselves about them, they kill. This is an ideological war, and there are casualties, those casualties are children.
Keep on pushing against the killings. America needs to lead the world and not follow the Marxists that hate the family structure.
Our Supreme Court certainly is NOT supreme. They have allowed murder of children to go on full force. That stain will forever be on their souls, and I’m happy they have to now live with their tarnished souls forever. That is enough for Hell to take them away, and they deserve every second in their self-imposed Hell. This is what happens when you take innocent life, and unnecessarily so.
