[May 22, 2025] Over these past few weeks, it has been uncovered that Joe Biden was mentally incapable of performing the duties as President of the United States. The cover-up of this fact has raised important questions. “Who was running America?” And, “Did they commit treason?”
Many in the media like to report “we are in a Constitutional crisis” whenever president Trump makes a decision they don’t like. But, in this case, where Biden was mentally incapacitated and his inner circle of key unelected staffers were making presidential decisions, were certainly usurping the way our Executive Branch is designed.
If this was the case, and a few staffers ran the Executive Branch, then that meant there was a true Constitutional crisis that was happening right under our noses. This brings up questions never asked before. For example, are Biden’s Executive Orders and signed legislations valid? We’re his foreign decisions, agreements, and other acts valid?

Trump calling those staffers’ behavior “treason” is, I believe, hyperbole, but the very accusation by a sitting president is meant to frighten Biden’s staffers. Fear is a powerful motivator, and subsequent behavior can be unpredictable. Trump is hoping his comment will help yank them out of their hiding places and force at least some of them to open up, name names, and say who did what and when.
According to Jake Tapper, a hardcore leftist and journalist, in his new book Original Sin, “Five people were running the country, and Joe Biden was, at best, a senior member of the board.” Who were these five people? We know they weren’t even cabinet officials. Did this group include Jill and Hunter Biden? Did it include the highly paid campaign advisor Michael Donilon? America needs to know the answers to these questions and how to prevent a repeat in the future.
Did Biden’s staffers commit treason by running the country in secret? No. The U.S. The Constitution states that under Article III Section 3, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.” Framers of the Constitution chose to narrowly define treason to prevent its misuse. Given the extreme rarity of its use to this point in history, it is reasonable to conclude that this highly inappropriate behavior by Biden’s staff would not rise to the level of treasonous behavior.
It is true, now that some people are coming forward to spill their guts, that Joe Biden was not the president. This is the greatest presidential cover up in history.
However, the story of who actually ran the nation when an incapacitated Joe Biden was walking around aimlessly would be the greatest Pulitzer Prize-winning work of a lifetime. Sadly, the legacy media is so morally bankrupt and lazy that this will not happen. They will be exposed. It’s only a matter of time.

A White House staffer from Biden’s administration revealed that most pardons were signed late at night when Biden was asleep, and he was unaware of who was being pardoned.

He served as chief strategist for Biden’s successful 2020 presidential campaign. He planned to do the same last year — for the right price. The authors report that “to leave the White House and advise the 2024 campaign, Donilon wanted approximately $4 million” and “wouldn’t budge”. The president told the campaign: “Pay Mike what he wants.”
This was a huge conflict of interest, given that Donilon must have known better than anyone that Biden was in no shape to make another presidential run, or, probably, even to understand the money that Donilon was being paid.

We can play the what-if game and we know a microsecond couldn’t elapse before they pounced all over Trump and the Republicans if Trump was in the same condition. Trump is right. The MSM are the enemy of the people. 😤
Crazy stuff. The only people to report on this were new media like our hosts, etc., and they were labeled as spreading false news–“deep fakes”–and misinformation. Our republic requires some people and institutions be held accountable for this and the other crimes that grew out of and are intertwined with it, like the Russia hoax, the surveillance and indictment of Trump agents and supporters before and during his first term, and all of the illegal activity that necessitated those preemptive pardons. Crazy stuff.
There is nothing like this ever. I’m sure President Trump will navigate us through this crisis.
The SCANDAL perpetuated by the legacy media, the corrupt Democrat Party, and Joe Biden’s inner circle of family, friends, and staffers is the greatest direct threat to our US Constitution ever in the entire history of our great nation. People need to be held accountable but I doubt that will happen. There is a double reared justice system that will ensure nothing happens.
