Do You Think I’m Evil Because I Had an Abortion?

By | December 3, 2025

[December 3, 2025]  Kristan Hawkins posts videos of her interacting with people who oppose restrictions on abortion.  Sometimes, she is on college campuses, or doing street interviews, or at pro-abortion protests.  Kristen’s videos are enlightening to me, and I would suspect that they are generally educational about the pro-abortion thinking of people today in America.  In this video, a student asks Kristan, “Do you think I’m evil because I had an abortion?”

In one particular interview, where a young college student declares that she is happy that she had an abortion, we see in this student the cruelty of those who support abortion.  Some may be shocked at the bluntness of the student, I’m not because I’ve heard it before.  You can tell instantly when young people are fully propagandized by Planned Parenthood and other pro-abortion entities. It is a sad state of affairs.

This interview was at Montana State University, but I’m not sure when it occurred.  The young student looks to be in her early 20s.  I’m scripting the conversation that lasted about one and a half minutes.  A link to the X video is here: https://x.com/OneBadDude_/status/1989884821288472632/video/1

Student:  So I’ve had an abortion.  Do you think I’m an evil person for having an abortion.

Kristan:  No, I don’t.  I’m sorry you had an abortion.

Student:  I’m not.  I’m not sorry.

This is an important aspect of the fact that we are faced with an extraordinarily successful effort to both destigmatize the act of abortion and to ensure we don’t feel guilty, telling us that there is no life involved (otherwise it would be murder).  We hear often that abortion is just getting rid of some cells.  The fact that we hear this all the time, and from people in positions of authority, makes it appear that having an abortion is a good moral act.

Kristan:  I wish you felt that you didn’t have to choose between your life and your child.  You wanted to choose to have an abortion?

Student:  Yes.

Kristan:  Were you excited to have an abortion?

Student:  No, it was the most painful process I’ve ever been through, and I will do it again, one thousand percent.

After hearing that the student is so convinced that she did the “right” thing, I find it amazing that someone could be so strong in this viewpoint that the anti-abortion movement has had no impact on her.  Clearly, this young student was not raised in a Christian environment, and not exposed to the true tragedies of life.  She has had no experiences that challenged her view of the world.

Kristan:  What made you feel like you had to choose abortion?

Student:  I chose it because it was my choice to make.  And, because I didn’t want to bring a child into a world that’s dying.

Kristan:  The world is dying?

Student:  Yes, the world is dying.

Kristan:  How is that going to help the world from not dying?

At this point, the student doesn’t answer Kristan’s question.  And that she does not is telling.  There is an answer to the question, and I hear it all the time.  The answer I’m told is that the world is overpopulated and children are suffering for the evils of Western capitalism.  We also hear a discussion about how Socialism is the answer, but this conversation did not veer in that direction.

Student:  Well, why would having a kid, while I’m trying to go through college and support my family, how would that benefit me?

Kristan:  Well, do you think your life is just about you?

Student:  Yeah, it is because it’s my life.

Kristan:  Do you think you have any duty, as a member of our society, or do you think your body or your life is meant for anything greater than just your own pursuits?

Student:  No!

Kristan:  Is there any point to this life?

Student:  No!

Kristan:  I feel really sorry for you.

Student:  I don’t.  That’s great for you.

This is classic nihilism.  Students today are taught, and they deeply believe, that there are no values or cultures that are better than any other.  Their perspective is highly influenced by neo-Marxism; laced with the idea that the powerful capitalists take from the poor and less powerful.  Thus, all those who have succeeded materially are evil, and any act against the powerful (including violence) is acceptable and encouraged.  Acting against this evil makes them morally superior to everyone else.

Kristan:  But I feel really bad that you had an abortion.  You can get resources from StandingWithYou.org.  And, if you ever find yourself pregnant again …

Student:  [interrupts Kristan]  I would abort it immediately, again.

Kristan:  Do you think there is something less extreme?

Student:  Yes, I’m going to get sterilized next year.  Actually.  [student gets a hi-five from a friend standing next to her.].

Kristan:  That’ s really sad.

Student:  It’s not sad.  I’m ending my bloodline, and I’m proud of that.

Kristan:  I have nothing but sympathy for you, because I feel truly sorry for you.

I highlighted this short conversation because it contrasts the thinking between the pro-abortion and anti-abortion sides.  While in the conversation, I kept thinking what was this student’s parents position?  I would wager that she never told her parents she was pregnant and had an abortion.  And, they may never know.  The idea of sterilization is something her parents and neighbors would probably not recommend.

Such a decision is rarely reversible and when women get to be about 30 years old, they often reject their earlier thinking on children, and desperately want children.  This young student most likely is going to regret her decision, if she actually goes through with it.  Kristan was right to say she has nothing but sympathy for her, and feels sorry for her.

… and there are people in the world with no goals in life, and no internal motivation to do anything other than hold onto their ‘smartphones’. Then, there is Kristan. She is God’s messenger to us. LISTEN to her.

Great point. Thank God for Kristan Hawkins. She is lovely. ❤️ Praise God that she stands up publicly (and takes so much abuse) for the unborn. 🙏

Others have written it, but to me this bears repeated commentary. Kristan Hawkins is a great hero. Period. All stop! She is in the business of stopping abortion. When abortion kills babies, then it’s murder. Our government and Planned Parenthood are in the business of making money off dead babies. Look who have the moral highground.

I agree that Kristan is a lovely person but also smart and will never give up trying to stop abortion. We can stand with her morally, but that also means not letting the little stupid morons hold the upper hand on the debate.

Powerful, and thank you Gen. Satterfield for highlighting this specific example of how our young college students are propagandized by “higher education.” They are “brainwashed” by the moral criminals who are in trusted places in education. True enough, as Gen. S has written before, our entire public education system has the mind virus of Woke; and that will be our downfall as a great nation. Teachers are part of the problem. I used to be on their side but no longer. They have become the virus that continues to infect our nation, making us weaker, more ignorant, less capable to live freely, and more bitter, resentful, and …. crazy. Teachers, please stop trying to teach kids that they must “resist” the world because “capitalism” is destroying the planet.

Yep Yep Yep, to answer the question, “Do You Think I’m Evil Because I Had an Abortion?” Sad. Morally corrupted fully.

In God’s eyes, I would say “no.” But in my eyes, yes, she is evil. She is evil not because she had an abortion but she is proud of it and would do it again with full knowledge that this is killing a life. And she doesn’t care either.

Gen. Satterfield points out a common trait among these students, that they are uncritically accepting a dogmatic position on how the world operates and that they understand it fully. Well, they don’t. Here is Gen. Satterfield telling it like it is: “This is classic nihilism. Students today are taught, and they deeply believe, that there are no values or cultures that are better than any other. Their perspective is highly influenced by neo-Marxism; laced with the idea that the powerful capitalists take from the poor and less powerful. Yes, Eye Cat, she might be “mental.” But I’m more inclined to think like Gen. Satterfield that she has been propagandized. The fact she lacks the mental capability or ability to overcome the programming that colleges do on the Leftist side, tells me more about her family. I would also lay a bet, on a side idea, that she hates her father. Wanna bet? Common trait among the ugly, white, radical females in college. Rule #3011 of being a college man, don’t even talk to these “women.” They will try to destroy you. Stay far far away. They have been poisoned and you will only waste your energy and resources trying to fix something that will take many years to undo. Just stay away.

Gen. Satterfield, I agree with you and Kristan Hawkins that this is a sad interview. This poor little, immature girl (yes, “girl” because she has not matured) is dealing with adult behavior and adult decisions for which she is on the whole, not prepared. Her upbringing was obviously inadequate since she was not taught the value of life or that your actions, while free to do, comes with consequences that may influence the remainder of your life. Plus she is not that good looking.
