It’s a Weird Weird World

By | February 26, 2024

[February 26, 2024]  There was once a time where we in America could make good predictions about the future, our children would live better than us, cars and airplane travel was safer, crime was falling, wars were less likely, and our families were considered important.  No longer.  Someone once said that our world is just weird weird.

Today is a little off topic for me.  I wanted to link to some stories that might make you laugh, or maybe cry.  Why?  Because we are at the beginning of affirming crazy.  If it’s off-the-wall nuts, then its acceptable and don’t try to deny it, or you’re racist, sexist, homophopic, transphobic, or just an old worthless white man off your meds.  Get ready and brace yourselves, here is my list of weird for the day:

WIRED: Preferring Biological Children Is Immoral: Most people say they want their kids to be their own genetic offspring—but such a desire is in conflict with other evolving values around parenting and family.

REASON: Self-Victimhood Is a Personality Type, Researchers Find: People who suffer from a “tendency for interpersonal victimhood” present themselves as weak, hurt, and vengeful.

NEW SCIENTIST: New evidence finally reveals how male and female brains really differ: Research is cutting through historical discrimination and gender politics to get to the truth about differences between the brains of men and women.

INTERNATIONAL BREASTFEDING INSTITUTE: Trans Women’s Milk as Good as Breast Milk, Says NHS Trust: As Certified Breastfeeding Counselors, it is important we stay up to date with current lactation topics. The NHS recently said evidence supports trans women’s milk as good as breast milk.

FAITHWIRE: MS Society Stands By Decision to Kick 90-Year-Old Volunteer Out for Not Understanding ‘Preferred Pronouns’: The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is standing by its decision to oust a 90-year-old volunteer because she “did not understand pronouns.” (later rehired).

PETA: Next time you think of eating a chicken, remember that they had a family:  Just like you.

NY TIMES: Google Chatbot’s A.I. Images Put People of Color in Nazi-Era Uniforms: The company has suspended Gemini’s ability to generate human images while it vowed to fix the historic inaccuracy.

SP!KED:  Disney: a billion-dollar casualty of woke: The entertainment giant is paying a heavy price for trying to shove identity politics down our throats.

BREITBART:  Race Alarmist: Michelangelo’s Creation of Man Is ‘White Supremacist’: Robin DiAngelo, the woke white author of White Fragility, has called Michelangelo’s painting of the creation of man in the Sistine Chapel an icon of “white supremacy.”

NY POST:  Transgender woman loses bid to sue ex for throwing out her surgically removed testicles: ‘We’re talking about my nuts’.

STAND TO REASON: Was Eve the First Transgender Female?:  Christians continue to be one group that resists the transgender trend.

DAILY CALLER: Reading ‘Lord Of The Rings’ And ‘1984’ Could Lead To Right-Wing Extremism, Gov’t Report Warns: Douglas Murray described how Britain’s Prevent program was founded to support counter-terrorism efforts, but has gradually swayed into a focus on only extremists from Islam and “far-right” ideological mindsets.

THE CONVERSATION:  Why are so many robots white?  The aim of the subfield of social robotics called socially assistive robotics is to interact with ever more diverse groups of people.

And, the best for last:

THE WENTWORTH REPORT: Feminist picnic falls apart after no-one makes any sandwiches: The picnic was supposed to celebrate the capabilities of women in a safe, women-only environment, but things didn’t quite go as planned.

He He He He He …. exactly. Just read the list of craziness and you will be disgusted. True facts! Of course, the craizer you are today, the more you are celebrated for being “brave.” Actually those folks are just living in sin and not living a good life. They should read, “55 Rules for a Good Life” by Gen. Doug Satterfield.

Well said, Darwin! We all love this site because it helps us set conditions for being a good person and avoiding craziness.

We are all appreciative of this particular post but it doesn’t go far enough. I think Gen. Satterfield should post articles about the whacko politicians who are always doing stupid things. 😉

Just one example: WIRED: Preferring Biological Children Is Immoral: Most people say they want their kids to be their own genetic offspring—but such a desire is in conflict with other evolving values around parenting and family.

Gen. Satterfield, you da man. Exposing these kind of anti-American, anti-Family, anti-good (read that as evil) acts is the first step in getting them to slink back into their dirty hole in the ground. Keep up what you are doing, sir.

Gen. Satterfield, you’ve done it again and surprised me with a funny yet scary list of articles that is pointing out that the inmates are running our insane asylum. Crazy, weird, off the charts wild. 🤪

Thank you, Desert Cactus for another smack at the craziest of the nutty, basement dwelling leftist progressive who have the job of destroying America. Just look at any one of these stories and you will see imbedded in the story that some leader is pandering to mental illness and trying to normalize it. Cheers.

You are so right about that my friend. Award bad behavior with good. Not me. I tell my family that all the time
