Minnesota Gives Green Light to Violence

By | January 20, 2026

[January 20, 2026]  By now, most know that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has given his tacit approval “by all means possible” to resist ICE in his state.  He has approved any behavior that pushes back against law enforcement, removing illegal immigrants.  This is a green light for violence.

An anti-ICE mob disrupted the Sunday morning religious service at St. Paul’s Cities Church.  Now, they are brazen and proud of their efforts.  Nekima Levy Armstrong is the ringleader.  She pinned a Facebook post identifying herself and the Black Lives Matter organizations that helped her interrupt church services.

Nekima Levy Armstrong Facebook Post

Center for Baptist Leadership posted video footage showing Ms. Armstrong and her accomplices inside the church.  It appears from this post that the anti-ICE mob believed the church’s lead pastor was an ICE agent.

Ms. Armstrong was the past president of the Minneapolis NAACP and a former law professor at the University of St. Thomas Law School.  According to MPR News, she left the law school in 2016 to become a full-time “freedom fighter” (see link).

This behavior is unacceptable.  What I find most troubling is that the involvement of the Black Lives Matter crowd shows a complete lack of understanding of the effects of illegal immigration on the black community.  No other demographic is as negatively affected by illegal immigration as blacks in America.  That they would align themselves with illegal immigrants is both noteworthy and illogical.

Perhaps BLM and other such groups are more anti-American than I initially imagined.

The DOJ is now starting a “full investigation” into this awful behavior which clearly violates the FACE act and the KKK Act.  Let’s hope the DOJ does more than issue a strongly-worded letter.

An insurgency in America centered out of Minnesota. Who would’ve thought after all the support for violence by Walz and his minions. 🤢

Gen. Satterfield, spot on article. And they are still doing it. Gov. (Stolen Valor) Timmie Walz and many others in the government are egging the ignorant and easily-manipulated to do their dirty work, distracting us from their own corruption. Don’t worry, Timmie, the government is coming for you, it is only a matter of time. Delay all you want by throwing these weak-minded idiots to the wolves, but it won’t protect you. I’m amazed at how so many of the Leftists are so gullible. They will believe anything the legacy media or a Democrat tells them without any sense to check it out. Like lemmings, they run off a cliff with no regard for their actions. Typical neo-Marxist behavior.

UPDATE FROM POWERLINEBLOG: Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has advised Don Lemon that the federal criminal statutes bearing on the riot disrupting Sunday’s service at Cities Church in St. Paul don’t apply to the rioters’ misconduct. “People have a right to lift up their voices and make their peace. None of us are immune from the voice of the public,” according to Ellison. “Quite honestly, I think you’ve got the First Amendment freedom of religion and the First Amendment freedom of expression, and I think that, you know, it’s just something you’ve got to live with in a society like this.” A former local leader of the Nation of Islam, Ellison remains a liar, a thug, and a hustler.

Great work on the regular updates, The Turk. I will add that between the Gov Walz (Mr. Stolen Valor), Mayor Frey, and AG Keith Ellison, we have a trifecta of Communists and idiots (is there a difference?) running the government. Let’s hope sanity soon intervenes and the perp walks begin.

This is fast evolving and that is good. We are starting to learn more about these radical Leftists – leftists trend always toward violence (like a 2-year old) – and as that info comes out, we will be able to put an end to their craziness and tackle those who are funding them.

UPDATE FROM NYPOSt: “Don Lemon did something miraculous on Sunday: He managed to prove he is even more despicable than we previously thought. What a feat for that putz. The former CNN anchor livestreamed himself joining a band of lunatic anti-ICE protesters who stormed the Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, after reports that a pastor there might be affiliated with ICE — though there’s been no confirmation of such a link.” — KIRSTEN FLEMING

This is wild. The fact that these looney toons could actually think that interrupting a church service would be not just okay from their looney thinking but that they are fully protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution. Well, let’s see how that works out for them. FAFO.

UPDATE: Minnesota AG Keith Ellison in interview by Don Lemon said that the freedom of speech trumps freedom of religion. Wild. Keith baby needs to be arrested for blocking investigations into Somali fraud.

This is a Gross Violation of the 1st Amendment. Minnesota’s justice department FAILED to arrest these people. That is why the Fed Govt must step in. Harrassing Christians inside the church is acceptable in Minnesota.

We need to pray 🙏 for those Christians who are under attack in America. The First Amendment has as the first freedom, as freedom of religion, Freedom of speech is second. Libs have no idea because they only love to use the US COnstitution as a hammer, they hate it. Keep the fires going for freedom. OH, get rid of Pam Bondi so that things move faster.

Hey Dog Man, Dr. Jordan Peterson, psychologist and often quoted by Gen. Satterfield, has noted that compassion is a feminine trait that does not scale up very well when applied outside the raising of infants. Once integrated into social policy, it fails miserably. But these Leftists are feminine in their personalities, and even the few men who are there are simping for these crazy women. Just look at the protestors, they are, for the most part, nearly all white, fat, ugly, stupid, liberal women. Hard not to notice.

Sir, good article but no one should be surprised because this is a Democrat run city and they are all about violence, okay. How far has America fallen. And yet, people still vote for this. I think it’s a lack of education and fatherless families. Gen. Satterfield has written about this problem and he is spot on with his analysis.
