[July 1, 2025] Robby Starbuck, filmmaker, has become the number one DEI policy killer in North America. He does this by exposing the public to companies’ DEI conduct. That’s it. That’s his method, and it works. You’ve got to love this guy because he is forcing people to see the nasty underbelly of the real effects of DEI-inspired racism and sexism.
“Our country will be Woke no longer.” – President Donald J. Trump, March 4, 2025, in address to a joint session in Congress
In a recent interview with John Stossel, Robby tells the story of how he helped end DEI policies and the impact that had on America.
From what seems like a great idea, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion crashed-landed, causing all sorts of terrible impacts across America and, worse, in some places in the world like Western Europe. And companies were quick to adopt these policies for that reason. Very few people saw what was coming.
These companies claimed that DEI was good for society and for their business.
“We’re so sick of the words, ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,’ because they don’t mean what they pretend to mean.” – Robby Starbuck
Robby fights the DEI by simply telling his social media followers what companies are doing. For example, he singles out Harley Davidson Motorcycles and wrote that HD supports boys competing against your daughters in sports. He is using the power of speech to have companies voluntarily end such programs.
When Robby posted that the tractor manufacturer John Deere encouraged preferred pronouns and held Woke diversity trainings, JD dropped its policies within a week. So have other companies like Toyota, Target, and Walmart. All he had to do was say, “Hey, we have a story we’re working on.” Then, if they don’t change, he goes public.
Another example was how Toyota found out that Robby Starbuck means business:
“It is time to expose Toyota. They have gone totally Woke. It is insane. Toyota sponsored pride parades, divided workers into identity-based groups. They separate employees into these groups based on what race they are or what type of sex they like to have.”
One week after he posted that, Toyota stopped sponsoring LGBTQ events and opened employee groups to all workers. There will be no more Pride events or parades. Toyota said it would refocus its DEI programs.
Coors Beer and Jack Daniels changed without Robby posting anything. Starbuck said all he had to do was start looking into these companies, and they dropped DEI policies.
“[Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion] sounds wonderful. They sound warm and fuzzy. That’s why, in the beginning, it got a lot of buy-in from people. It’s like, I want to be accepting of people around me. I want to include everybody. I don’t want to be mean. What it actually turned out to be in reality looked a lot more like crazy trainings, overtly racist hiring practices. Diametrically opposed to the very warm, fuzzy-sounding words they try to sell.”
John Stossel gave another example of his own bank, Chase.
“[Chase Bank] is run by a smart guy, Jamie Dimon. Last year, he said, ‘DEI is good for business. Morally right, and we’re quite good at it.’ Then on TV, he was told: ‘Robby Starbuck is out there going after companies. You now have a couple of activists going after your company.’ ‘Really? Not that I’m aware. Bring ‘em on.” – John Stossel quoting Jamie Dimon
So, after hearing that Robby went on CNBC and brought it on. He said, “Hey, guess who sponsored a Dylan Mulvaney event for children?” And they went and trained employees with the gender bread person to discuss sexual orientation like Feminine, Androgynous, Intersex, etc. If you disagreed with it, then you’re some maniac, or you’re a bigot, and you don’t belong in the workplace.
Plus, like many companies, Chase Bank had internship programs that were only for black people or Hispanics. When Robby exposed them, Jamie Dimon said, “I saw how we were spending money on some of this stupid ****, and it really pissed me off…”
Of course, the DEI activists are angry. Melanie Campbell, president of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, said that this was an attempt to “erase our [Black] existence.”
“We’re going to judge people based on merit and on who they are. How they do their business every day, not on what they look like and their immutable characteristics, like skin color.”

Please read my books:
What’s good for the people of America is good for everyone. Using skin color or other immutable characteristics to determine whether you get promoted or have a job is the exact opposite of what made our country great and is the opposite of Capitalism and Christianity.
Robby Starbuck is a godsend to America. I pray that he remains safe and productive. To me, he is one of those heroes that we need.
Hi folks, it’s been a great year for 🇺🇸 America because all the stupidity that out low-IQ brothers and sisters have been allowed to get away with (and grifting off our taxes) is all coming to an end with our great President Trump’s executive orders and new laws at the state level. His targeting criminals is sending the white, fat, stupid, anti-American Lefties into a rage 😡. And I’m loving it. And the reason I’m loving it is that I’m just a person interested in fairness and letting folks live a good life. Shout out to Gen. Satterfield and his book “55 Rules for a Good Life” since the book covers life’s wisdoms accumulated over the millennia with a military twist. API expect more winning from the Conservative Movement now that we can get normal folks to wake up,to the horrific amount of corruption in the Lefties and their media lapdogs.
Well said, Nick. I’m with you. Go America! The land of the free, not the land of the freaks.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 We have been too tolerant of crime and immoral and insane behavior for far too long herein our country. No more sucking at the taxpayer tit. Get them off government subsidies and back to work. That way, these crazies will have less time for stupid and more time to be good, sane, moral, prudent contributors to society and no longer a drag on us.
Robby Starbuck is one of the good guys.
DEI …. Didn’t Earn It.
Robby Starbuck goes after those who would disfigured and harm our children. Starbuck’s documentary The War on Children, which streamed on X (formerly Twitter) in February 2024 opposes gender-affirming care. The documentary contains interviews with Riley Gaines, Chaya Raichik of Libs of TikTok, and US Senator Rand Paul, among others. The film’s website tagline states that it “exposes the WAR that’s being waged on children today through gender ideology, ESG, CRT, sexualization of entertainment, sex trafficking, online exploitation, TikTok, Big Pharma and more”. GO Robby Go! Most of this from Wikipedia.
The Daily Signal has more in this article from just a couple of days ago, “A War on Children?”

Excellent article but pretty much duplicates what Gen. Satterfield has in this article. 🕷️🕷️🕷️🕷️
He was banned by TikTok. According to John Stossel, “One reason they might have banned you,” I suggest, “is you say, ‘TikTok intentionally confuses kids about their gender.’” “TikTok’s algorithm has fed young children in this country gender transition content that confuses them about who they are,” Robby Starbuck replies. “This is a social contagion.” Nailed it.
This is why the media and the medical establishment can no longer be trusted to “do no harm.”
Kudos to Robby Starbuck. He’s da man!!!!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Exactly what I was think in those exact words. 👀
👍Yep, and I love his title: THE DEI KILLER. Wow. 👍
If only we had more brave men like Robby Starbuck and America would be an even better place. He is indeed a hero, one of a few who are willing and able to stand up against the racism and sexism based on DEI propaganda. 💯👍Love this guy.
Robby Starbuck, the DEI Killer. Wow.
