[September 1, 2025] Andy Ngo is a journalist best known for reporting on American antifa in the Portland, Oregon area. In a recent article, he attempts to explain why there are so many trans mass shooters. In an appearance with Newsmax after the Minneapolis trans mass shooting at a Catholic Church, he highlights five such incidents; a phenomenon unheard of over a decade ago.
Ngo believes there are several significant social currents that we all know about and thus should not be surprised are contributing to the problem.

Political trans propaganda. Mainstream media, Reddit, social media, and radical blogs push a nonstop stream of messaging telling trans people they’re under existential threat — the so-called “trans genocide” lie for example. This grievance-manufacturing encourages what can be referred to as wound collecting: fixating on every slight, whether real, fabricated, or imagined, until it becomes a source of rage.

Mental health comorbidities. Trans and nonbinary-identified individuals report significantly higher rates of mental illness. A 2024 study published in The Lancet found that 47 percent of trans-nonbinary respondents had at least one self-reported mental health condition.

“Trans medicine.” The widespread use of cross-sex hormones and drugs adds another destabilizing factor, with understudied long-term consequences.

Access to deadly weapons. Across the U.S., trans militias and proto-paramilitaries have emerged within far-left, anarchist, and Antifa-aligned networks (sometimes branded “Trantifa”). They openly train for violence, urge insurrection, and have been celebrated in glowing liberal media profiles.

I would propose another theory and one that psychologists have been discussing. That theory is that the West in general, and America specifically, has seen a migration of personality changes toward the feminine. Specifically, trends point toward an increase in neuroticism but a decrease in extroversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. This trend is most pronounced in those 16 to 39 years of age, the group that is also involved in mass shootings.

Too much bad data out there about “trans” ideology to really make a definitive judgment. The reason is that they are so “priviledged” and I mean that fully, that they are protected in every conceivable way. Maybe there is an epidemic in trans killing others, esp. Christian children in schools and maybe not. I don’t know. But let’s not jump to villify needlessly.

I think what we are trying to say, without saying it, is that the proportion of mass killings are by those who think they are “trans.” I’m not so sure that is the case. Plus, there is an argument that a couple on this list were not trans at all. And, besides, what about those we will never hear about and why is it that the police hide their manifestos?

So weird that “trans” people (aka, the mentally ill) are treated with kid gloves. So weird. Not.
They need help, yet the American and Canadian Psychological Associations are saying only Affirmation Care is acceptable. I assume because they believe those afflicted will commit suicide. Either way, the APA and CPA are sickos and unethical in their behavior. If anyone believes propaganda doesn’t work, here we have a case where it has fully taken over a highly educated and professional group thoroughly. A great case study for the future.
